Solution:
Storage/Preparation toxic waste
- A centrifugal fan in construction, ATEX, mounted on the outside and connected to a circular Spiro duct, galvanized sheet, extracting vitiated air from the room and evacuating it out. For environmental reasons, it has been installed a box equipped with filter filter G4, F7 filter and active carbon filter.
- It has been taken a special measure for ventilating work table area due to very high concentration of toxic gases. This measure was to mount an induction hood with fresh air intake, which separates the work area, not allowing foul air migration outside the area. For the same environmental considerations, the foul air exhaust pipes, to mount a filter box with filter G4, F7 filter and active carbon filter.
Volatile storage tank
- For vitiated air extraction, it has been used a flawed construction centrifugal fan (ATEX), mounted in the outer container. For environmental reasons, the foul air from outside, it has been used a box filter with filter G4, F7 filter and active carbon filter.
