ELBA is the largest lighting manufacturer in the country. ELBA provides lighting for all areas of activity: industrial, commercial, public, domestic, for sports, etc. while making turnkey lighting
As a structure, ELBA has four factories with different profiles:
CIICAE Factory - produces fluorescent lighting, outdoor decorative, architectural, industrial, potentially explosive environments, emergency lighting, interior lights
Factory CIA - Years 2003 and 2004 were characterized by an extensive investment program in order to align their technologies to manufacturing lighting requirements of car maker Renault Group Dacia.
Factory SDV - provides endowment molds, dies and various devices for both ELBA production and also for various clients in the country and abroad.
Lighting Direction - finding the most effective solution for upgrading, expansion, rehabilitation of street lighting.
Project Description
HVAC Systems, including:
- Air Handling Unit, 2000 kW, in cascade
- Central cooling with 2 chillers of 1.000 kW with screw compressors water cooled, operating in cascade
- Conditioning cooling towers, in open system with frequency converter
- Hall air conditioning system, with equipment designed for high halls, adjustable airflow depending on requirements
- Energy recovery during the winter from the cooling equipment's system, targeting the hall's heat (approximately 1.000 kW)
- Ventilation System of manufacturing equipment, with filter type equipment, compact cleaning with compressed air
- Fire Prevention Systems with inside sprinklers and hydrants
- Compressed Air equipment
- Centralized Control System (BMS)
- Smoke Equipment
